Cytofast nephelometer is a manual instrument performing the nephelometric reading of the cellular density
of samples, in order to determinate the quantity to be added onto the slide for each of them. In the manual method the operator manually performs the preparation of the slide for the centrifugation, adding the proper quantity of sample, the Stickeur solution and balancing if needed, mixing samples. After centrifugation, the operator has to discharge the supernatant from the slides, disassemble slides for their supports, let slides to drain on air and proceed with the standard staining process. |
